Order & Collect from next week

We hope you've been enjoying your golf in recent weeks. However, if there's anything you need ahead of your next round, let us know.

Some more balls? A new pair of shoes perhaps? A warm mid-layer?

Whilst we can't open our pro shop doors just yet, we will be running an Order & Collect service from next week. All you need to do is get in touch if there's something you're after.

Major season kicks off this week

European golf fans, cover your eyes! The WGC-Dell Technologies Match Play was not pretty viewing for Padraig Harrington & Co. as the States dominated, with Billy Horschel defeating Scottie Scheffler in a scrappy final. Who can blame them considering it was their 7th match in just four days!

The Major Championship season kicks off this week as the world’s best lady golfers head to California for the ANA Inspiration. Last year’s tournament saw Mirim Lee shock everyone with a comeback win including two chip-ins, an 18th-hole eagle and a three-way playoff! A host of the game’s stars, including the Korda sisters (Nelly & Jess), Lexi Thompson and Danielle Kang have all been in fine form this year. It’s destined to be a cracker!

Hopefully, it won't be long before you're teeing up in major club competitions once again, so why not book yourself in for a lesson or two to sharpen up your game?

Now stopping now Archie is on his feet. Gets quite cross now if you put him back in his push chair!

On a Wednesday he goes to Nicola, along with other children. He loves it, gets good days out, and good interaction with other children. He is at the Kelpies this week!

Swing Room Update

A little update on Longniddry Professionals shop Swing room.

We have most of the equipment or it's on order. We have GC2 (above) and swing software.

The room is pretty much ready to go. I am waiting on putting green flooring, and a suitable PC (both on order) then I will start pulling together ready for use. I have just received a Custom made screen, and have two teaching mats, projector. We have loads of demo kit/shafts etc.

Custom fitting.
Coaching.
Nearest the pin fun comps.
Practice/driving range work.
Room hire for practice/play.

It should be another good addition to what the shop team offer.

Staying grounded this season
