The new FootJoy range for this season has arrived and we have something to suit everyone. Many different colours, styles and sizes to get you ready for the season ahead.

Come see for yourselves the next time you are at the club. We also have the new Skechers and Under Armour ranges arriving in the next few weeks.

The new logo FootJoy clothing range for 2020 has arrived and we have some great products for you.

We have jumpers, polo shirts and gilets that come in a variety of different sizes and colours.

Junior membership

This year at Longniddry we will be offering the following junior membership schemes:

Junior membership for children under the age of 12 will cost £50 and this will include £50 worth of coaching from our PGA professionals which can be used throughout the 2020/21 season
Junior membership for children aged 12-18 will cost £75 which will include £50 worth of free coaching from our PGA professionals which can be used throughout the 2020/21 season

This is a great opportunity for any young kids looking to try the game. They can become a member of the club and receive some free tuition to help them get started. Membership forms can be collected from the pro shop or can be sent via email.

Beginning Thursday the 5th of March to the 26th Between 4-5pm

Saturday morning
Beginning Saturday the 7th of March until the 28th between 10:30-11:30

Keep a grip on it

A recent golf survey highlighted some very interesting statistics regarding golfers' habits and their equipment, two of which you can see in the image below.

These stats might not mean a lot to you at face value, but the general recommendation is that you change your grips once a year, especially if you play regular golf.

The truth is, grips lose their efficiency over time and when they do we end up gripping the club too tightly, which restricts our ability to swing the club freely. Just something for you to think about...
